Introduction
This website (the “Site”) is operated by Smile Labo Limited (“the Company”). By using the Site or participating in our workshops or pop-up events, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Services
• Online store through the Site
• Workshops and pop-up events for in-person purchases
Orders and Payment
• Online store: Credit card only
• Workshops/Pop-ups: Credit card or cash, payment must be made on the day
Shipping, Returns, and Cancellations
• UK shipping: 2–4 working days from order confirmation.
• Each item is carefully handmade, so we hope you understand that returns, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted.
• We’re happy to offer repairs or exchanges when items are brought directly to our workplace.
• Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept repairs or exchanges by post.
• For small issues such as loose parts or minor fixes (for example, reattaching parts with strong adhesive), we may kindly ask customers to handle them personally.
• Exchanges are available only for defective items that cannot be repaired with simple fixes.
• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographic evidence if your item arrives defective.
